Spider-Man – Turn Off the Dark
It’s been revealed that the eagerly anticipated Spiderman Musical will be called “Turn off the Dark,” and is set to debut at The Hilton in early of 2010. There will be Spiderman Musical preview showings starting on Broadway’s Hilton Theater beginning on January 16, 2010, with a full debut coming shortly thereafter.
Spiderman – Turn of the Dark will officially open on Boradway on February 18, 2010. The official cast for the Spider Man Musical has not been announced, however insider are saying that Evan Rachel Wood, who stared in “The Wrestler” with Mickey Rourke, will be one of the stars. Spiderman Turn of the Dark features music and lirics by U2’s Bono and the Edge and features a book developed by director Julie Taymor and Glen Berger.
The Spiderman Musical Turn off the Dark Broadway show is being produced on Broadway by Hello Entertainment/David Garfinkle, Martin McCallum, Marvel Entertainment/David Maisel, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Jeremiah Harris.
